Originally formed in 2002 mainly covering Yorkshire and the North East, the last fifteen years have seen a continued growth due to a reputation of quality and service level. Naturally our client base has increased , mainly due to word of mouth. During the last few years we have been fortunate to have enjoyed and achieved an excellent level of sustainable growth. As a direct result of this , October 2013 saw us move to our new larger purpose designed offices to accommodate further growth.
The office coordinates instructions received from principals then allocates inspections to area engineers. Completed reports are processed at the office via the EVA system linked to our IT network and forwarded to principals.
Glasses and CAP guides are generally used to provide a valuation, with Glassmatix, Audatex and Interest estimating packages accessible to all our engineers. We are constantly looking to enhance and assist with day to day running and complement our portfolio.
We have subscribed to Thatcham Escribe to ensure correct repair methods are applied and undertaken. Complementing this we have access to HPI and Experian data base’s (which identifies vehicle history/previous total losses).

Our current home based engineering team cover NE, SR, TS, DH, DL, TS, CA, YO, LS, BD, HG, HX, HU, HD, WF, DN, and S on a daily basis (this is expanding and being reviewed constantly). National and surrounding postcodes are covered upon request. We aim to inspect a vehicle (subject to availability) within 24hrs of instruction, with the report usually following within the next 24hrs. We are able to offer a nationwide coverage with the assistance of our carefully selected engineering partners adhering to our own service levels achieving our clients expectations. Since the pandemic we have adapted with the times and now provide desktop assessment services, which includes the provision of an estimate service to garages.

Our instructions-referrals have historically been from personnel recommendation. However as we are expanding and to further accelerate growth we have looked to the market leaders to enhance our portfolio of principals. When a physical inspection and expertise is necessary. We have been able to assist new clients with in house teams of their own when a physical inspection or independent intervention is required.
